Hi! I'm Rachel!

I help Catholic teachers move beyond the daily grind, and reclaim a life of vitality, wholeness and hope.

Curious what this might look like for you? Start here with my free wholeness quiz:

Your dream to teach was never meant to come at the cost of your wellbeing.

You became a teacher because you wanted to make a difference.

But somewhere along the way, the workload grew, the expectations multiplied, and the space to simply teach well began to disappear.

What are you facing very week ?

› Lesson planning, behaviour management, emails, meetings, data collection, reporting — all layered on top of the real work of caring for and educating your students

› A relentless pace and expectations that often feel unrealistic

› Blurred boundaries between your work and your personal life

› Sunday evenings filled with the familiar Sunday scaries — that quiet dread about everything waiting on Monday morning

› A to-do list that never seems to end

› The overwhelm of struggling to get done what you need to do, let alone what you want do

› Giving so much during the week that there is very little left for your own mental, physical, or emotional health, your family, your friendships, relationships, hobbies, home and your own dreams

› Anxiety builds

› Depletion seeps in, eroding energy, joy, and focus

› Burnout slowly steals your dream of teaching and impacting your life beyond the classroom

But what if the real problem isn’t that you aren’t trying hard enough — but that you were never given the formation needed to sustain the life you're living?

What if, instead of trying harder, you had a sure path to rebuild and reclaim your energy and joy — both in the classroom and beyond?

A path that shifts you from surviving to thriving.

Hi, I’m Rachel — fellow educator in the trenches with you. After 20 years of teaching across the globe, I’ve experienced it all too: depletion, exhaustion, burnout, and the heartbreak of seeing my dream slowly dissolve. I know what it feels like to show up every day giving everything you have, only to go home drained, anxious, and feeling like you’re falling short.

A Different Approach to Teacher Wellbeing

Most wellbeing advice for teachers focuses on surface-level fixes — another strategy, another productivity tool, or a reminder to “take care of yourself.” But teachers today carry enormous responsibility and we deserve an equipping in well being that goes way beyond surface level advice.

Human Formation Training with The Woman School offers something deeper. It is a structured approach that layers skill upon skill — from clarity and discipline, to identity and purpose — to strengthen the whole person. Rather than quick fixes, it equips you with practical tools to manage overwhelm, reclaim your energy, and restore balance between work, home, and personal life. Each layer builds on the last, so you can sustain your contribution in the classroom while thriving beyond it.

My goal for you is simple: to equip you with these tools so you can reclaim your energy, clarity, and joy — and intentionally design a life of wholeness, fully aligned with God’s plan for you.
