After years of dedicated service as a Catholic school teacher, I faced the debilitating challenges of burnout, depletion, and disappointment. Seeking escape, I ventured to China, Tibet, and the United Arab Emirates, where I taught for eight years. Yet, the deeper roots of my burnout persisted, culminating in a broken heart that became the catalyst for profound change.

At my lowest, I found hope and healing through counseling, spiritual direction, and a life-changing pilgrimage to Medjugorje. Through a gift of grace, I encountered The Woman School Masterclass, which became a turning point. It solidified my identity as a daughter of the King of Kings and equipped me with the mindset, self-worth, and practical skills to rebuild my life.

Before my teaching career, my journey was filled with adventure and discovery. As a commercial skipper and professional yacht crew member, I navigated the world's oceans, from New Zealand to Alaska, and explored destinations like the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Pacific. I even earned a Private Pilot's License, embracing the thrill of aerobatics and soaring over landscapes.

Today, my mission is to empower fellow educators who are navigating their own challenges. Through the tools and teachings that restored me, I help others show up refreshed, renewed, and inspired—in their classrooms and every part of their lives.

When I’m not teaching or mentoring, I find joy in the simple things - walking my dog, sunrises and sunsets. My story is one of God’s grace, courage, and transformation—and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to flourishing.
